You will be part of the Personal Everyday Banking (PEB) team, doubling down on customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of a market-leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers, deposits & Bank Choice.
  • Deliver on the strategic roadmap and evolution of the Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program, NAB Goodies.
  • Support the planning, testing, design, and execution of the loyalty proposition to reward and recognize priority customer segments, including managing and engaging key stakeholders to align and deliver on success.
  • Develop pricing, commercial modeling, customer value, and differentiating features and rewards.
  • Ensure the proposition meets clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program coupled with experience in driving ideas, innovation, customer strategy, and execution.
  • Financial modeling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile Ways of Working.
  • Experience with effectively engaging and influencing a wide array of senior stakeholders, high business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies.
  • A high degree of business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies, encourages cooperation across functions to enhance quality of decision making.
  • Preferred experience in Financial Services or P&L management.
