Account Manager Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a career as an Account Manager with a global company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts and building strong business relationships. You will also have ownership to create a work schedule that best suits you and your customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand existing customer accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, or architecture (desirable)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles (preferable)
  • Eagerness to learn and motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on attitude with ability to demonstrate tools to customers and collaborate with various departments
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills
