Concession Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers, and Cluster Managers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Prior Experience: Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
