Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to assist with a broad range of administrative duties across the entire employee lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

About the Role

The HR Generalist will be responsible for:

  • PandC Coordination, including onboarding, employment documentation, learning and development, health and wellbeing initiatives, and general enquiries from within and outside the organisation
  • Managing the PandC Shared Inbox, addressing team member queries effectively and promptly with appropriate escalation as needed
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, as well as PandC forms and templates
  • Assisting in creating employment agreements and HR documentation with meticulous attention to detail

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/Employee Relations or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources generalist role, handling similar responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, including the National Employment Standards
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR Systems and reporting is preferable
  • A professional with strong time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • An authentic and self-starter, someone who really takes ownership and drives for outcomes
  • A real team player, someone who collaborates effectively and enjoys partnering with SMEs
  • Growth mindset and constantly challenging the status quo

Benefits

We offer a flexible work arrangement policy, allowing team members to work from home two days a week and at our support hub in Collins St, three days a week.

This is a 6-month maximum term position.
