Job Overview

HelloFresh Australia seeks a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Regional Director to lead our team across multiple markets, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our key performance indicators (KPIs). As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that align with our current and future hiring needs.

Salary

We offer an attractive salary package, estimated to be in the range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The role involves leading a large team across multiple markets, managing stakeholder relationships, providing trusted strategic advice to drive project success, identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives, promoting operational efficiency across the region. You will also analyze data and key metrics to inform decision-making and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, are essential. Experience working globally or regionally, ideally across multiple countries, is highly desirable. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies is critical.
