We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Program Manager to lead our Center for Process Excellence team in driving transformative improvements in critical enterprise processes and technology.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading quarterly planning within and across initiatives to align priorities with strategic objectives and deliver impactful results on agreed metrics.

They will also support Process Owners and Scrum Masters in detailed planning, execution, and delivery of their initiative, as well as work closely with teams across the organization to ensure collaboration and effective execution of project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will own the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring that appropriate management processes and tools are in place, and that each initiative is driven efficiently and optimally within scope.

They will serve as a point of contact for senior leadership and key collaborators, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and leading expectations throughout the lifecycle of the initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of dynamic experience in program and project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and propose actionable solutions
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Deep knowledge of project management tools and techniques

This role requires a highly organized and strategic program manager comfortable in a dynamic environment, with a strong command of conceptual and analytical problem-solving related to strategy, organizational design, roles, processes, technology, and metrics.
