Claims Support Specialist

About the Role
DXC Technology Australia Pty Limited is seeking a skilled Claims Support Officer to join our team in New South Wales. As part of our major reset to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers, we will be managing workers' compensation claims in the region.
The successful candidate will provide crucial support to case managers in maintaining a registry of certificates, processing invoices, appointment management, and other ad-hoc business needs. This role requires a high level of motivation, data entry and keyboard skills, intermediate use of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to work in a confidential and discreet environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Intermediate use of all Microsoft Office packages (including Excel)
