About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Learn to Swim Instructor to join our team at West HQ.

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in educating the community on the importance of gaining swimming and water safety skills.

You will deliver high-quality programs for all students, providing excellent customer service and enthusiasm about teaching swimming and water safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver swimming and water safety programs for students of all ages and skill levels
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program
Requirements
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification
  • NSW Working with Children Check (for 18yrs+)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant & Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes (desirable)
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Access & Inclusion (desirable)
  • AUSTSIWM Teacher of Adults (desirable)
  • Pool Lifeguard Certificate (desirable)
