Job Title: Regional Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill this key position in our organisation.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for regional operations
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities for locally sourced goods and services
  • Negotiate agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with organisational standards
  • Analyse market trends and develop category expertise
  • Oversee strategic procurement projects with a cross-functional impact
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance, quality, customer support, and price management
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with national and global procurement strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Operations in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, market benchmarking, and decision-making
  • Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
  • Willingness to travel within NSW and ACT
  • University degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Certification in procurement is preferred
