We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our Young Peoples service in Halton. We are seeking an individual who is able to motivate a team, is flexible, has great communication skills and is capable of enhancing our already successful service delivery.

As a Service Coordinator you will focus on managing a brilliant team of Support Workers in delivering the service to achieve positive outcomes for young people, in addition to developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region in support of the young people you will be working alongside.

We are looking for someone who will embed our ethos and values into practice and seek opportunities to achieve positive change and creative approaches to support young people to achieve their aspirations and independence in line with Ofsted standards.

The Role
