Job DescriptionAs an Onboarding Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient customer onboarding process across our business divisions. You will be responsible for conducting thorough checks to verify customer information, issuing necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Verify customer information and conduct due diligence checks to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Issue client documentation, including initiation of agreements, to new customers as per regulatory and exchange requirements
- Classify customers based on their risk profile to ensure effective risk management
- Meet daily targets set by the Onboarding Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Administer, allocate, and update the onboarding pipeline on a daily basis to track customer progress
You will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining complete records of all customer documentation
- Informing relevant teams of case progress
- Issuing Business Head approval requests in line with regulatory requirements
- Attending weekly business line prioritization check-in calls to discuss ongoing projects
- Assisting with ad-hoc reviews, projects, and audits as required
- Dealing efficiently with general day-to-day ad-hoc queries
- Working closely with the Financial Crime team to identify and mitigate potential risks
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of responsibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a regulated environment with knowledge of risk and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in back-office systems with experience with World Check preferred
