We are looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join our team, working closely with the Site Manager. This is a great opportunity to take on new challenges and become part of a highly experienced construction team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, with experience in medium to high rise residential apartment building projects or similar commercial construction environments.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all on-site construction activities related to the structure, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, quality safety standards, and programme.

This is an immediate start position, offering a chance to grow and develop within a well-established and financially secure builder/developer.

The role will include:

  • Planning, supervising, and coordinating all on-site construction activities related to the structure, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, quality safety standards, and programme.
  • Developing short-term structures and 4-week lookahead programmes.
  • Working with site manager & foremen to coordinate site labour, site logistics to facilitate efficient movement of materials and personnel.
  • Enforcing and following the company's safety management system and fostering a culture of safety among all team members.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience as a Structures Foreman.
  • Experience in medium to high rise residential apartment building projects or similar commercial construction environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships with the team and external contractors. Excellent people management skills.
  • Prior use of Procore is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
