Senior Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Building Cadet to join our high-functioning delivery team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for providing support in all areas of the project from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to create weekly reports, organise site access, and schedule work accordingly.
This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the full end-to-end project management process and work with a team of industry professionals who will provide you with invaluable experience and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Weekly Reports: You will be responsible for creating detailed reports on project progress, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Provide Support to Project Team: You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
- WHS Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the project site is safe and secure.
- Liaise with Contractors Daily: You will communicate regularly with contractors and suppliers to ensure that their needs are met and that the project is progressing as planned.
- General Site Administration: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the project site, including scheduling, inventory management, and other tasks as required.
- Candidates Must: Be currently enrolled in a Construction Management Degree or equivalent.
- Candidates Should Have: A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
