Job Overview

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will work alongside a Project Manager and General Manager to assist in delivering several fit-out and refurbishment projects across Canberra ranging between $500K to $25M. With the management team's focus on staff development, you will receive tailored training and support to fast-track your career progression.

Duties
  • Progress claims, variations, and RFIs
  • Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and negotiate subcontract terms
  • Prepare accurate and transparent project management reports
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Building-related tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not essential
  • Team-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry
