Job Opportunity

This is a supervisory role within the HR department. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner supports the HR Business Partner team and ensures delivery of effective HR services to various departments and business units.

The position involves providing high-level support to senior leaders, line managers and staff through multi-faceted HR services, coaching and advisory services. This includes workforce planning, task delineation, professional development and training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support workforce requirements and initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders and line managers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • An applicable tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRBP or similar position in a large and complex environment.
  • Proven experience in HR matters including performance management techniques, complaints management, workplace investigations, workforce planning, and change management.
