  • This role is focused on supporting Sales & Profit by implementing a strategic approach to HR that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives business outcomes aligned with Area goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract, Recruit and Integrate Talent
    • Develop and implement quality recruitment processes across all Stores in the area.
    • Plan and organize Introduction Training for all roles in store including both Leadership and Sales Advisors.
  • Learn & Develop
    • Support Store Managers in working with structured performance management for all employees, as well as delivering regular Performance Development Reviews.
    • Work with Store Managers and Area Team to follow up development plans in the Area.
    • Map succession planning for your Stores and actively support Store Managers in developing their teams, ensuring they are working with talent and leadership development.
  • Attractive Work Environment
    • Ensure working conditions comply with local legislation and H&M standards.
    • Implement and follow up Global H&M policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, e.g., HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Natural leader with proven experience coaching others to perform at their best.
  • Experienced in setting strategy for the employee lifecycle - Recruitment, onboarding, induction, learning and development, talent mapping, employee relations and off boarding.
  • Proven track record in driving HR KPIs.
  • Agile mindset - open to change and able to problem solve and adapt when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An interest for working in a dynamic team and fast paced environment.
