HR Business Partner

As the key HR representative for the Construction Materials business unit, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior managers and provide expert support across all aspects of human resources.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody a business partnering approach by offering tailored HR guidance and operational support to managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor and valued partner.
  • Support management and employees in interpreting and adhering to applicable policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide relevant HR data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate the leadership and management capabilities of managers and employees through coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or demonstrated experience in generalist HR roles (minimum 8 years).
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant agreements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic organisational environment.
  • High-level coaching skills at both an organisational and individual level.
