About the Role

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Assistant to join our team. As a Strata Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Strata management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of Strata schemes, including liaison with Owners Corporations, arranging quotations and repairs, and preparing agendas and minutes for meetings.
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and convene and conduct meetings as required.
  • Perform periodic inspections and provide administrative support to the Strata team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Strata Assistant or Property Management is essential.
  • Current Certificate of Registration is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
