About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Portfolio Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Owners Corporations to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate and manage repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and present budgets for presentations to Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Convene and conduct meetings, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Drive business development through strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Strata Management, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of computer skills, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
