The Role:

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaising with Owners Corporations to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
  2. Coordinating and managing repairs and maintenance works, including arranging quotations and overseeing projects
  3. Preparing and distributing agendas and minutes for meetings, as well as presenting budgets to AGMs
  4. Convening and conducting meetings with Owners Corporations and other stakeholders
  5. Carrying out periodic inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  6. Providing administrative support, including managing accounts and maintaining accurate records
  7. Identifying opportunities for business development and growth

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in strata management, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Owners Corporations and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
