About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata/Senior Strata Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Owners Corporations to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Arrange quotations and repairs for works required, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Develop and present budgets for presentations to Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Convene and conduct meetings, ensuring smooth and productive discussions.
  • Perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Strata Management, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
