About the Position

The Bare Recruit and Consult team is seeking a skilled Building Consultant to join our team of experts in building consultancy services. As a Building Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing and reporting on residential building projects, with a focus on strata titled buildings and standard single residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments and inspections of buildings to identify defects and issues
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on building defects and disputes
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to provide comprehensive building consultancy services
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Australian building codes and standards of practice

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Building Consultant or a Qualified Builder with a keen interest in Building Science
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes and standards of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 + superannuation + vehicle
