Expert Workplace Relations Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned expert in workplace relations to drive strategic initiatives and provide guidance across our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of a comprehensive workplace relations strategy, aligned with our organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to interpret and apply relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and company policies.
- Facilitate change management processes related to law reforms, Award updates, and enterprise agreement implementation.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate resource libraries and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Provide high-quality reporting, coaching, and advising on workplace relations matters, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Constructively resolve industrial disputes through collaboration with business leaders and union officials.
- Deliver structured learning and development activities to enhance capability across the business, planning and coordinating workshops and seminars as needed.
- Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on workplace relations excellence.

A tertiary graduate or post-graduate degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations/Workplace Relations, or a related field is required. Experience in developing others' capabilities in resolving workplace relations issues is highly desirable.
