Job Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your IT asset management expertise and technical skills to drive the effective management of software assets across a large, complex ICT environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve software asset visibility, usage, compliance, and lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain and enforce SAM policies and standards using best-in-class practices.
  • Utilize ServiceNow (or similar) to track software assets, installations, and entitlements.
  • Analyse data and provide actionable reports, support audits, and identify optimisation opportunities.
Key Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in IT Asset Management in medium-large ICT environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of major software vendor licensing models.
  • ServiceNow or similar tool experience in asset tracking and compliance.
  • Strong analytical reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think critically and strategically, and possess a strong commitment to delivering results-oriented solutions that drive business value and efficiency.
