Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust hardware asset management strategies to ensure the maintenance of end-user devices and related data.
  • Design software asset management processes to track software licenses and guarantee compliance and timely renewals.
  • Collaborate with ITIL practice owners to ensure accurate asset and configuration item data.
  • Verify service support requirements are understood and maintained.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT service management involving implementing SACM or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Australian citizenship and NV2 clearance is preferred. NV1 clearance with eligibility to obtain NV2 is considered.
  • Experience managing the IT asset lifecycle and configuring items for hardware & software for end-users.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
