TSPV - IT Asset Manager

This is a high-profile position where you will oversee the entire lifecycle of software assets across a large, complex ICT environment.

  • Manage software asset visibility, usage, compliance, and lifecycle activities to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain and enforce Software Asset Management (SAM) policies and standards using ITIL-aligned practices.
  • Analyse data from ServiceNow to track software assets, installations, and entitlements.
  • Prepare comprehensive compliance reports, provide support for audits, and identify opportunities for improvement.

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in IT Asset Management in medium-large ICT environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of major software vendor licensing models.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar tools for asset tracking and compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical reporting skills.
