Troocoo is a not-for-profit organisation based in Australia, committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our team operates from a busy office location in Caboolture, and we're seeking highly skilled administration support officers to join our growing team.

Role Overview

This role will involve managing customer profiles, performing accurate data entry, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth data migration and profile management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administration or data entry focused role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package of $36.30 per hour + superannuation, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your skills and experience. In addition, we provide free on-site parking and convenient nearby public transport options, making it easy for you to commute to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update customer profiles, including deactivating old profiles and reactivating them in a new portal system.
  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure the integrity of all information entered.
  • Outbound calling to clients and customers to collect information and provide updates.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data migration and profile management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administration or data entry focused role is essential.
  • A warm phone manner is required, as you will be contacting customers.
  • Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy when handling data and profile management.
  • Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks, prioritise efficiently, and keep records organised.
  • Tech-savviness is required, particularly with using various software and systems.
  • Problem-solving abilities are necessary to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during data entry or profile reactivation.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism are paramount when handling sensitive information securely.
What's Next
