
Regional Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

Job Function:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team in the ANZ region.
Duties:
Demand/Supply Planning:
- Drive monthly demand review with Sales in assigned countries to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Lead root cause analysis for forecast discrepancies and implement solutions to improve accuracy.
- Manage timely replenishment by driving accurate demand information from Sales teams.
- Ensure sufficient materials for local plant production in support of regional demand.
- Manage supply planning of trading goods from external partners.
- Chair and lead monthly supply planning process to ensure alignment and a single set of numbers.
- Collaborate with Operations, technical, buyer, and master scheduling personnel regarding supply/demand imbalances.
- Prepare monthly regional reports and updates.
Inventory Management/SlowEx/Additional Roles:
- Achieve agreed inventory targets by partnering with sales/operations to balance demand and supply.
- Take ownership of SlowEx process, identifying slow-moving SKUs and working with commercial/R&D to deplete or rework.
- Reduce SlowEx impact on Profit & Loss (P&L).
- Develop MRP plans and propose purchase plans to maintain good inventory health.
- Support manager in data consolidation, analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Assume additional S&OP roles as required.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in demand/supply planning, raw material planning, production planning, and regional planning.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- University degree and above.
- Excellent communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to identify opportunities for improving processes throughout the supply chain.
- Strong skills in SAP, Excel, and presentations.
