Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our guests, exceeding their expectations, and providing them with an exceptional experience. You will work closely with our resort operations team to ensure seamless transitions for owners and guests throughout the check-in process.

  • You will generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream, clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within our community.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar hotel position, with a genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards, with high levels of computer literacy.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
