Job Title: Guest Experience Host

Location: Gold Coast, AU

Job Type: Casual, Part-time

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking guest experience hosts for our entertainment event at Warner Bros. Movie World.

The Opportunity:

Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills and perform duties within the show and entertainment department.

Duties:

- Assist team members to ensure they are presented correctly for their character.
- Be responsible for punctuality.
- Ability to navigate and provide direction to float drivers during the parade ensuring the safety of team members and guests.
- Interact with guests and demonstrate service and safety as a top priority.

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guest service experience.
- Time management skills are a requirement.
- Enthusiastic personality.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on any day including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
- Provisional or open driver's license.
