About the Role:

  • Develop and implement bid strategies that drive business growth
  • Work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Prepare detailed cost plans and tenders that meet client requirements
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local subcontractors to secure accurate pricing and market intel

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Buildsoft and/or CostX
