About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Lynked Solutions Pty Ltd. as a Desktop Support Administrator. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to internal employees, ensuring that their desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal employees, resolving desktop-related issues and ensuring minimal disruptions to their work.
  • Process equipment changes, including PC's, laptops, headsets, monitors, mobile phones, and printers, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and update image software for desktop operating systems and required applications.
  • Communicate project status, tasks, iterations, and milestones to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Maintain inventory of replacement systems and document internal procedures, troubleshooting steps, and known issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk tier 1/tier 2 role.
  • Proven background with core operating systems and applications, including ServiceNow, Zoom Phone, AWS Workspaces, desktop imaging experience, Microsoft Intune, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Cisco Endpoint, and M365.
  • Above-average knowledge of MS Office, Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, SQL server, Windows OS, networking protocols, and peripheral management.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology and Cisco CCNA/and or MCSA certification preferred.
