Job Opportunity:

This is a unique and exciting role to evangelise intelligent document processing and automation within a leading financial services organisation, enabling all business units to achieve their goals using this capability.

You will have real accountability for the end-to-end build of IDP solutions with a focus on ensuring they are effectively delivered and maximising benefit.

The key responsibilities include solving complex technical problems on the Hyperscience platform, advising on infrastructure upgrades, scaling, and capacity, leading and coaching developers on best practices, growing our capability, adhering to risk framework and associated controls, identifying risks and communicating any issues, participating in solution process design activities, providing specialist advice on general design methods and practices, being the technical point person for served business units, developing an in-depth understanding of the document landscape and associated business processes, managing relationships and communications with stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and delivering Hyperscience solutions and other intelligent document processing solutions;
  • 3+ years of experience with Python and the Hyperscience SDK/Flows/Custom Supervision;
  • 5+ years of experience in a large, complex organisation, primarily in the financial services industry;
  • Certifications in Hyperscience and other automation technologies like PEGA Robotics, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform;
  • Experience in agile ways of working;
  • Tangible experience in liaising with Senior Management;
  • A track record in delivering outcomes on time, on budget & required quality;
  • An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
