Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Document Automation Specialist.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with legal forms, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date with legislation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal forms, researching new areas of law to develop new content, and providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience working with legal and/or conveyancing matters, as well as a solid understanding of key parties, processes, and documents used in legal processes. Experience using document automation software is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research forms, legislation, and legal processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and deliver high-quality automated legal forms for use by law firms.
  • Review and prioritize feedback from clients and staff on improving legal forms.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to firms to resolve requests for support.
