Job Description

As a seasoned technical consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting customer-centric solutions across various industries. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning sales performance with business objectives, while navigating the pre-sales cycle.

  • You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through discovery, design, and demonstration phases. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders from Sales, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

  • With deep technical acumen and strong business insight, you will drive high-impact engagements throughout the sales process. Your ability to think strategically and operate independently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

  • Additionally, you will lead engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases. Your expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify, will be invaluable in this capacity.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting sales efforts as a technical and domain expert across CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms

  • Leading technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases

  • Designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations that effectively highlight business value

  • Building trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers

  • Providing actionable insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve offerings

  • Sharing best practices, reusable assets, and industry knowledge with the broader Solution Consulting team

  • Staying up to date on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

  • Representing the company at key marketing and customer events, including workshops, briefings, and conferences

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role

  • Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify

  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies (JavaScript, JSON)

  • Proven experience conducting technical discovery sessions and designing customer-focused solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

  • Ability to think strategically and operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

  • Confidence and experience in engaging executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions

  • ServiceNow or other relevant cloud platform certifications are a plus

  • Experience within APAC industry verticals such as manufacturing, telecommunications, or technology
