About the Role As Senior Technical Consultant you will be expected to lead the technical team in client projects and in Pre Sales.
This role will be a key point of contact for our clients ensuring business objectives are met through technical capabilities.
The role requires a deep and holistic understanding of data and cloud cloud platforms , marketing technologies and data analytics.
Responsibilities Understand client stakeholder needs and facilitate negotiation and requirement collection among stakeholders.
Provide technical solutions to clients data and marketing technology objectives.
Possess strong knowledge and understanding of business processes from a data-driven perspective.
Provide technical expertise for the design, modeling, and implementation of clients' data-related initiatives.
Drive analytical marketing strategies and contribute to acquiring and expanding client accounts.
Lead technical streams for projects and internal initiatives.
Work closely with the sales team in a hands-on capacity to provide expert knowledge on data analytics and the role of analytics in marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for data and marketing technology solutions.
Build strong, profitable, and growth-oriented relationships with new and existing clients.
Required Skills & Experience Appropriate degree in Computing or Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with a hands-on and full ownership mentality.
Passion for big data projects Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients at all levels.
Ability to lead a conversation and think on your feet.
Skills and experience in data platforms such as Snowflake Databricks CDP's Skills and experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
Experience and knowledge in ETL, real time data processing, data modelling, data science and data governance.
Skills and experience in marketing automation solutions such as: SAS Salesforce Adobe Unica Braze
