As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales support and assisting the field organization with solution design, product information, and technical discussions. You will also lead technical presentations, conduct compelling solution demonstrations, and provide hands-on technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams
  • Lead technical discussions and articulates technology value
  • Conduct compelling solution presentations and demonstrations
  • Provide hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing IT consultancy role
  • Experience presenting to large groups and working in a distributed team
  • Expertise in email-related protocols and standards (SMTP, LDAP, DANE)
  • Solid understanding of email security policies, email routing, DLP, archiving
  • Extensive hands-on experience with email system configuration, security, and troubleshooting
