We are seeking a senior technical professional to lead technical configuration, consulting and issue resolution activities for our Defence sector clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders and end users to interpret and translate technical requirements into software configurations
  • Deliver custom configuration, testing and documentation for client deployments
  • Troubleshoot application issues in collaboration with internal technical teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution
  • Support client success by providing expert application knowledge and technical guidance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Experience in technical consulting, software engineering or a similar role
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and C#/VB.NET
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold an active NV1 or NV2 security clearance (required)
  • Working knowledge of client/server and web platform architecture
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to lead technical conversations with clients
Desirable Skills
  • Experience supporting Defense sector clients or secure environments
  • Familiarity with SQL Server 2012/2014+, SSRS reporting, Java applications, or IIS configuration
  • Ability to present technical solutions to a non-technical audience with clarity and professionalism
