About the Role

This senior position requires a highly skilled civil engineer with experience in managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in civil engineering, a strong background in design and documentation, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, earthworks, drainage, and water and sewer infrastructure;
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and tender processes;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other team members;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the team;
Requirements
  • Degree in civil engineering or related field;
  • At least 6 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in project management or leadership roles;
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in civil design, construction, and project management;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members;
  • Competency in design software, including AutoCAD and REVIT;
  • RPEQ accreditation is highly desirable;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team;
