We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in the Sunshine Coast. The role involves working on various road infrastructure projects, including transport and construction of roads for TMR Projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, coordinating with project engineers, monitoring progress, and communicating with stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in the construction of roads and transport infrastructure. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interpret and apply policies, legislation, and technical guidelines.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have a stable career history with reputable civil contractors and hold relevant tickets and licenses. Your commitment to health and safety is essential, and you should be proactive in contributing to our HSE obligations.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution, which is accepted by the Institution of Engineers Australia as a full Member (MIEAust).
The proposed hours of work are 40 per week, although there may be more or less hours due to project demands. The roles are based in the Sunshine Coast.
