Job Overview

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to drive process improvements and ensure timely resolution of key challenges across major projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and optimize Oracle OPERA Cloud, Oracle OPERA Reservation System (ORS/OCIS), and Opera Web Service (OWS).
  • Ensure seamless integration of Property Management Systems with commercial and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improving existing processes and implement them to enhance efficiency and innovation across IT and operational workflows.
  • Analyze data insights to recommend enhancements supporting strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with executives and managers to understand business needs and deliver system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Hotel Operations and Management Letting Rights in Australia to align systems with operational requirements.
  • Manage IT-related projects from inception to completion, meeting scope, time, and quality benchmarks.
  • Stay updated on global distribution systems and commercial processes, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
