We're looking for an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring new IT systems and processes are successfully embedded across a large, complex program. You'll shape and deliver the change management strategy, foster strong stakeholder engagement, and guide teams to achieve outstanding business outcomes.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement the Organisational Change and Stakeholder Management Strategy and Plan, aligned to enterprise change principles.
  • Analyse change impacts and create tailored communication plans to support adoption.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and oversee the design and delivery of training programs and materials.
  • Lead engagement with senior leaders, customers, and stakeholders to build readiness and embed new ways of working.
  • Oversee communications, training, and project messaging in collaboration with enterprise teams.
  • Provide leadership to Change, Communications, and Training Specialists, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Contribute hands-on to change, communication, and training activities where needed.
What you'll bring
  • 5–10 years' experience as an IT Organisational Change Manager in a large, complex IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational change management methodologies, with the ability to adapt to different frameworks.
  • Proven experience delivering outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary change teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in an IT context.
  • Professional OCM qualifications (highly desirable).
  • Flexibility to travel within Australia for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
