Claims Consultant Role
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Claims Consultants. If you have expertise in claims handling and customer service, we welcome your application.
About the Job
- Manage a national portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and provide the best possible outcomes for customers.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
- Insurance knowledge/background is highly desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Confidence to learn, access, and use different systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
