We are seeking a Hospitality Service Expert to join our Events & Banquets team.

Responsibilities include assisting with food and beverage setup, serving guests, and maintaining a clean event space.

You will collaborate with the events team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing friendly and efficient food & beverage service
  • Communicating dietary requirements to the kitchen
  • Delivering quality service promptly
  • Setting up and maintaining cleanliness of work areas
  • Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong guest focus
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Availability for a 24/7 roster
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
