We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Product Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with suppliers, and driving product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals
- Liaise daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure timely delivery of products
- Brief new ranges to suppliers for development, ensuring they meet our brand's standards
- Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers to drive product growth
- Conduct trend research to identify color and new trend directions that appeal to our customers
- Manage and track sample processes, critical path production schedules, and freight timelines
- Create and maintain product CADs and range books to ensure accurate product representation
- Provide administrative support to the product team as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion or textiles
- Qualification in fashion and textile is advantageous
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of productivity and efficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
