Job Overview:
">- As a Product Adoption Specialist, you will focus on driving the successful adoption of our SaaS products among a targeted segment of customers.
- Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, analyzing Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards, and executing adoption playbooks to achieve CVS targets.
- You will also be responsible for driving product adoption through strategic planning, launch communications, and onboarding workflows.
- Additionally, you will surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) and renewal risks to ensure timely engagement with Strategic Account Managers.
- Lastly, you will develop scalable enablement material to support customer success.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in product enablement, product management, technical account management, or onboarding/implementation project management roles.
- Experience working in Enterprise SaaS with $50k+ ARR customers is necessary.
- Product configuration expertise, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
- A proven track record of hitting customer success metrics and fluency in dashboard analysis are essential.
- High-agency and extreme-ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments.
