About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing leader to lead safety strategy and operational delivery across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager of HSW, you will manage a regional team, oversee compliance frameworks, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Based in Melbourne, you will lead and develop a regional HSW operations team across VIC/TAS & SA/NT
  • Deliver safety strategy, risk management, and governance systems
  • Oversee incident frameworks, audits, and regulator engagement
  • Build leader capability and shape organisational safety culture
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
  • 10+ years in senior HSW leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance, and compliance
  • Proven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholders
