As the founder of the Arnold Group and Safety People, it's been an essential task for me to drive the frontier of effective specialist recruitment, globally, for over 20 years.A strong belief in the power of people and technology drives me. We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager – Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety strategy and operational delivery across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager HSW, you'll manage a regional team, oversee compliance frameworks, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Based in Melbourne, you will lead and develop a regional HSW operations team across VIC/TAS & SA/NT
- Deliver safety strategy, risk management, and governance systems
- Oversee incident frameworks, audits, and regulator engagement
- Build leader capability and shape organisational safety culture
- Degree in OHS or equivalent
- 10+ years in senior WHS leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance, and compliance
- Proven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholders
