**About the Role**
This industry leading organisation are currently seeking an experienced Manager level professional to support the implementation of an effective Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy across sites in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. You will assist in continuous improvement and the implementation of the strategy, plans and initiatives. To achieve this, you will mentor executives, support and lead line management to execute plans to mitigate risk and prevent incidents and injuries across their remit.

**About You**
Being hands on and a natural people engager, you will have experience in role supporting change across a large operational footprint. You will have an influencing style and be able to present to the leadership team and site employees in a compelling fashion. You will be capable of building credibility quickly with an ability to influence those who work with you.

**About Success**
While coming from a medical, allied health, emergency services, aged care or patient support type industry is ideal, it is not essential. This business has strong ethical values, and shows respect and dignity with all those they deal with.
