Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will drive the successful execution of our health, safety, and wellbeing strategy.

They will lead a high-performing team to deliver on strategic plans and initiatives across various stakeholders.

A business culture where safety and commercial decisions are integrated will be fostered.

Leading a customer-oriented (internal and external) health, safety, and wellbeing team will be a key responsibility.

Providing leadership and driving action on all aspects of health and safety management will also be expected.

The organisation's Health & Safety vision and associated KPIs will be actively promoted.

Laws and regulations in HSE activities will be strictly adhered to.

All EHS programs and processes will be continuously improved and implemented.


About You

To excel in this role, you will have proven experience as a senior manager in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing space, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.

This is a position that requires advanced safety knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for leading from the front.

You will need significant experience in a senior safety or related role demonstrating your ability to guide decisions in complex and technical areas of health and safety.

A high level of understanding of the legal and ethical framework governing environment health and safety is essential.

A track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels will be crucial.

Demonstrated experience in project and change management will also be required.

Additionally, a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills will help you thrive in this role.
